The story behind the Tequeño is still not quite clear. We believe that they were invented by a family who lived in a town called Los Teques (people who live there are called Tequeños). But that is not what is important. The tequeños are! These little glorious, cheese-stuffed fingers are the most popular appetizer at any wedding, baptism, party or even for our kids´dinner.
